If possible, please bring your own gloves and some garbage bags. We meet at the football field on the Rheinwiese opposite the Crown Plaza Hotel.

Afterwards, if the weather permits, there will be a little Capoeira Roda with music. Anyone who feels like it can take part :) We look forward to seeing you!
